Key Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
- Interview coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare evaluation forms, and liaise with hiring managers.
- Onboarding support: Facilitate smooth induction and orientation of new employees.
- HR administration: Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment reports.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes align with Kenyan labor laws and company policies.
- Reporting: Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress to management.
- Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office/HR software, knowledge of labor laws.
