Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee relations.
Supervise and guide HR staff to ensure efficient execution of HR policies and procedures.
Support training and development programs, monitor effectiveness, and assist in talent management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Handle employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
Preferred:
3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Prior HR experience in companies within the smartphone-related industries, such as Mobile phone retail or consumer electronics
Telecom operators or communication services
E-commerce and online retail platforms
Mobile internet applications (social media, entertainment, gaming)
Financial technology and mobile payment services
Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and labor law compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
