Job summary
<p>The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for managing HR operations within the hospital, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and supporting the hospital’s workforce to deliver quality healthcare services.</p>

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction of hospital staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and hospital regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and contribute to workforce planning.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and staff welfare.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
- Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- CHRP certification or IHRM membership is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
