As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to build, manage, and strengthen our workforce across multiple projects.
Role Overview
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
You will play a key role in ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a strong and compliant HR framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee payroll processing, employee records, and HR systems
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards
- Support workforce planning across multiple project sites
- Manage staff contracts, benefits, and leave management
- Provide HR reports and insights to senior management
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction or similar industries
- Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
