Role Purpose
The Operations & Culture Manager will be responsible for building the internal engine that keeps Growthpad efficient, aligned, and healthy as a business. This role will drive operational excellence, team coordination, internal systems, people experience, and a strong performance culture across the company.
This is a leadership role focused on making sure the business runs smoothly, teams stay accountable, processes are followed, and the culture remains strong as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
● Oversee day to day internal operations to ensure smooth running of the business
● Design, improve, and enforce internal systems, workflows, and SOPs across departments
● Track operational efficiency and identify bottlenecks affecting delivery, communication, or team productivity
● Coordinate cross-functional planning across accounts, creative, strategy, digital, multimedia, admin, and support teams
● Support leadership in resource planning, workload management, and internal prioritization
● Monitor deadlines, meeting rhythms, reporting systems, and internal accountability structures
● Ensure proper documentation and organization of business processes, policies, and team records
2. Culture and People Experience
● Champion Growthpad’s culture, values, and behavioral standards across the company
● Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, team morale, and overall workplace experience
● Lead onboarding and induction of new staff to ensure strong integration into the company culture
● Handle performance management, goal setting, and team accountability
● Help shape and roll out internal culture programs, recognition systems, team rituals, and learning initiatives
● Address internal team issues early and professionally, promoting healthy communication and conflict resolution
● Support the creation of a disciplined, positive, high-performance environment
3. Performance and Accountability
● Build and manage internal scorecards, KPI tracking systems, and departmental reporting rhythms
● Ensure every team and role has clear goals, responsibilities, and accountability measures
● Follow up on weekly priorities, monthly targets, and performance reviews with department leads
● Prepare leadership reports on operational efficiency, staff performance trends, attendance, and culture health
● Support underperformance management processes with professionalism and clarity
4. Administration and Internal Coordination
● Oversee office coordination, internal communications, leave tracking, attendance systems, and staff records
● Ensure company policies are communicated, understood, and followed consistently
● Coordinate internal meetings, company updates, staff notices, and leadership follow-up actions
● Support procurement, vendor coordination, and basic facilities management where required
● Work closely with finance and leadership to ensure operational controls are maintained
5. Talent Support and Organizational Development
● Support hiring coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding plans, and probation follow-up
● Help identify capability gaps and training needs across teams
● Assist leadership in structuring teams for scale, efficiency, and stronger collaboration
● Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives within the company
Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
● At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in operations, people management, office management, culture, HR operations, or business administration
● Experience working in a fast-paced agency, consulting firm, startup, media company, or professional services environment is highly preferred
● Strong understanding of team management, performance systems, and internal operations
● Proven ability to build processes, improve efficiency, and drive accountability
● Strong emotional intelligence, maturity, and discretion in handling team and business matters
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organizational and project coordination skills
● Comfortable using productivity and project management tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms
