- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for warehouse staff, logistics coordinators, and drivers to meet shifting seasonal demands.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee issues, conducting investigations and mediating conflicts efficiently.

- Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, or transportation.
- Skills: Strong understanding of employment law, conflict resolution, and HRIS systems.
- Mindset: Proactive, organized, and capable of operating under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
