Main tasks & responsibilities:
● Implement Human Resource Strategies: Execute HR policies and strategies to support organizational goals and ensure alignment with best practices in talent management and employee engagement.
● Manage Recruitment and Staff Development: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes to build a productive and motivated workforce.
● Ensure Compliance and Employee Relations: Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies while promoting a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
● Oversee Administrative and Logistics Functions: Coordinate office administration, procurement, and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient organizational support services.
● Monitor HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR data, including staff performance, attendance, and turnover, to inform decision-making and continuous improvement in HR and administrative processes.
Key Result Areas
● Improve the Performance management framework, promote a result oriented culture.
● Compliance with Labour Laws, and statutory employment engagement requirements.
● Ensure operational efficiency by identifying and tracking key logistics service centre service unit costs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree – Business and Commerce, Related discipline, Human Resource Professional
Qualification.
Experience:
● 5 yrs experience in human resource work.
