Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement a performance management framework aligned with the Sacco’s strategic plan.
· Coordinate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals.
· Support managers in setting and tracking performance goals and KPIs for all staff.
· Analyse performance and productivity data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
· Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and member service delivery.
· Lead the implementation of productivity measurement systems and improvement strategies.
· Build capacity of managers and staff on performance management tools and best practices.
· Collaborate with IT to enhance performance management systems and data reporting.
· Promote employee recognition and reward programs that drive a high-performance culture.
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· CHRP certification or IHRM membership is an added advantage.
· Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in performance management or productivity improvement, preferably in a financial institution.
· Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with proficiency in HR and performance systems.
