Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Craft recruitment campaigns that showcase our culture and attract diverse, high-performing candidates. - Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Drive initiatives that make work meaningful—wellness programs, recognition systems, and inclusive events. - Learning & Development
Partner with managers to design training pathways that unlock career growth. - Policy & Compliance
Ensure HR practices meet legal standards while reflecting our values of fairness and transparency. - Strategic HR Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating workforce insights into actionable strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- A communicator who can turn HR policies into stories people believe in.
- Experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
- Strong grasp of labor laws and ethical HR practices.
- Creativity in designing engagement and learning programs.
- A people-first mindset with the ability to balance empathy and business needs.
