Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training manuals, guides, and learning materials aligned with organizational goals.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to diverse teams, ensuring clarity, knowledge retention, and practical application.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and develop tailored programs to address them.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; refine content and delivery based on insights.
  • Maintain and update a library of training resources, tools, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning initiatives with operational objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Coach and mentor employees to apply newly acquired skills effectively in their roles.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate training, learning, or development roles.
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to design structured training manuals and learning materials.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills; able to engage and motivate adult learners.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Proficiency in training tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to measure and evaluate training impact and effectiveness.

  • Public speaking and facilitation mastery.
  • Strong analytical skills for needs assessment and performance evaluation.
  •  Adaptability to diverse audiences and learning environments.
  • High attention to detail in content creation and delivery.
  • Ability to Travel within Nairobi and its outskirts.
