Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
* Handle disciplinary cases, grievances, and employee welfare.
* Supervise payroll processing and benefits administration.
* Advise management on staffing, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 6 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
* Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
* Member of IHRM with a valid practicing certificate preferred.
