Job Location :  Eastern By-Pass ,Nairobi .

Salary  Range : Ksh 80,000-100,000.

Job Brief .

Our client is a  grower  and exporter specializing in Kenyan-origin fruits. We are looking for a mature experienced human resource officer for them.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring compliance with diverse international labor laws and local regulations.
  
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning, potentially managing third-party labor and international talent pools.
  
• Implement performance appraisal systems, identify training needs, and foster continuous learning for a global workforce.
  
• Bridge management and employee relations, resolve conflicts, and nurture a positive, diverse work environment.
  
• Manage competitive pay structures, payroll, and benefits, ensuring fairness and statutory adherence.
  
• Manage HRIS, leverage data for decision-making, and provide management with HR metrics.
  
• Address operational risks, especially related to customs and logistics, by ensuring proper HR support and compliance. 
  

Qualifications & Skills.

• 
  
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.
  
• Proven HR management experience, in international or export-oriented businesses.
  
• Strong knowledge of labor laws (both local and international/export-related).
  
• Excellent people management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Experience with HRIS and HR metrics.
  
• Ability to align HR strategy with business drivers in a dynamic environment

• Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to ensure market strategies align with overall company objectives.
