Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Support performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Support training and development initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in HR or related field
- IHRM membership (preferred)
- 2–4 years’ experience
