Job Description/Requirements
• Implement the Insurance Business Development Strategies to ensure the profitability of Swift Capital Ltd in all market conditions.
• Establish insurance sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and branches, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Maintaining the projected insurance sales volumes, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
• Insurance product determination including the determination and implementation of new products and expansion of existing products in the market.
• Establishing insurance sales territories and quotas as well as setting prices and conditions for new products and reviewing those for existing products in order to expand the client base and maximise sales.
• Managing and developing insurance marketing programs, marketing materials, advisements, client events and online promotions in order to maximise client reach and sales.
• Developing and proper monitoring of the insurance marketing budgets in line with the Sales and Marketing objectives and planned activities.
• Oversee the Insurance customer care, ensuring that all customer queries and complaints are effectively addressed in order to maximise customer satisfaction.
