We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive IT Solutions Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Job Description/Requirements

Role Objectives

● Generate leads through cold calling and inbound inquiries.

● Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to drive conversions.

● Schedule customer meetings (physical or virtual) between prospects and the tech team.

● Persuade potential clients to purchase products or services.

● Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs, IT requirements and pain points.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings and product demos for potential customers.
  • Utilize scripts effectively for product information while personalizing interactions.
  • Develop strong relationships with leads to convert cold calls into warm opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on client readiness, budget, and needs.
  • Ensure smooth transition of qualified leads for presentation, proposal, and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales Representatives for seamless client onboarding.
  • Keep up-to-date records of prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Track lead conversion metrics and provide regular progress reports to management.



Required Skills & Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing preferably selling IT products and/or solutions.

● Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas over the phone.

● Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

● Persistent, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach.

● Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

● Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.

● Relevant tertiary education in Business/IT.


Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in selling IT managed services or technology-driven solutions.

● Familiarity with managed IT services that include Data Analytics, Backup & DR, Cyber Security and Enterprise Applications.

● Ability to adapt sales strategies based on industry trends and customer feedback.

● Experience in sales & marketing IT solutions is a plus.
