Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities of the social media and marketing team to ensure timely content posting, responses, and campaign follow-ups.
- Work closely with the Tiktoker, Editor and sales team to schedule and manage live sales sessions and campaigns.
- Track online sales and ensure smooth communication with the delivery team to fulfill customer orders.
- Act as a point of contact between marketing and other departments such as sales, production, and dispatch.
- Monitor the performance of marketing activities and assist in the preparation of progress reports and data tracking.
- Ensure marketing goals and timelines are adhered to while growing the company.
