Job Description/Requirements

Build and grow the distribution of all Company products to building sites and all outlets in the region he/she is assigned. Maximize the visibility of Company products by ensuring they are well known and displayed at all outlets

The role and responsibilities of the Motor Bike Sales Representative are;

• Customer Acquisition - Sell the company products to the target market and meet the sales targets that have been set.

• Outlet Contracting – Identify suitable outlets that can partner with the company in order to increase company product visibility

• Customer Retention- Ensure that through providing quality service existing customers and outlets continue to choose the company as their preferred supplier 

• Relationship Management – Ensure that customers and business outlets receive timely and accurate information about the company initiatives 


• Certificate/Diploma level of Education

• Those with a Certificate/Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or an equivalent qualification will have an added advantage

• Sales experience is an added advantage

• Must demonstrate ability to sell and handle customers

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Integrity is key for this role

• Great negotiation skills & good relationship building skills

• MUST have at least 2 years motorcycle riding experience with a reputable company

• Have a valid driving license duly endorsed for motor cycle riding

• Certificate of good conduct
