Job Description/Requirements
· Develop and execute national sales strategies and Route-to-Market (RTM) plans to achieve volume, value, and distribution targets
· Lead sales execution across all channels, ensuring excellence in in-store visibility and trade marketing activation
· Build, lead, and coach a high-performing national sales team with clear accountability and performance metrics
· Foster long-term partnerships with key customers through structured engagement and joint business planning
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Production, Finance, HR and Procurement) to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
· Manage trade investments and national sales budgets effectively, ensuring compliance with internal policies and ethical trade standards.
