Job summary
The Office/Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting daily office operations and warehouse administration activities. The role ensures accurate inventory records, efficient documentation, coordination of shipments, and smooth communication between office staff, suppliers, customers, and warehouse personnel.

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
• Manage general office operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain filing systems, records, and company documentation.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and data entry as required.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office supplies procurement.
Warehouse Administration
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Process goods received notes (GRNs), delivery notes, and dispatch documents.
• Monitor stock movements and update inventory management systems.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Generate warehouse reports and performance records.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in office administration, warehouse administration, or logistics support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
