Qualifications

Bachelor's /Diploma degree in Sales and Marketing, Business or related field
Minimum of one year experience in a sales or marketing role
Good Interpersonal, communication and Marketing Skills.
In depth understanding of different marketing techniques
Knowledge in healthcare/medical marketing concepts, principles and tactics is an added advantage

Responsibilities

1.Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics

2.Develop sales strategies for both corporate and individual clients

3.Build strategic relationships and partner with key corporate clients and insurance agencies

4.Implement well-coordinated marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities

5.Create an annual calendar with promotional events or activities, carry out implementation of the same and organize them efficiently

6.Monitor progress and submit performance reports on a bi-weekly and monthly basis

7.Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns

8.Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies
