Job Summary:

Tridenn Ceramics Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Production and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production and marketing of our high-quality ceramics products. The successful candidate will have experience in managing production processes, implementing marketing strategies, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Oversee and manage the production processes of ceramics products, ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are achieved.

·        Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Tridenn Ceramics Limited and increase sales revenue.

·        Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new product opportunities.

·        Work with the sales team to create effective sales and promotional materials.

·        Manage relationships with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

·        Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations and production schedules.

·        Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and production strategies to senior management.

·        Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.

·        Maintain accurate records of production costs, inventory levels, and sales performance.

Requirements:

·        Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management and marketing.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

·        Experience in the ceramics industry is an added advantage.
