Key Responsibilities
• Sell residential and commercial properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Identify and engage potential large buyers such as cooperatives, corporate organizations, and investors.
• Plan and execute marketing events both on-site and off-site to showcase properties.
• Utilize Zoho CRM to manage client interactions, track leads, and update records.
• Organize and maintain the office, ensuring smooth operations and client engagement.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or real estate.
• Strong ability to negotiate and close sales.
• Excellent event planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to engage large buyers and manage B2B relationships.
• Highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
