RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT
Job summary
We are looking for an organised and personable receptionist to be the first point of contact for client and visitors, the ideal candidates has strong communication skills and basic accounting knowledge to support simple admin and book keeping tasks. You will split your task between front desk duties and light finance support.
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Front Desk & Admin
. Greet visitors, anser calls and direct inquiries proffetionally.
. Manage Appointments, meeting rooms and vistor logs.
. Handle incoming/ outgoing mail, emails and documents
2. Basic Accounting Support
. Prepare and record daily sales, receipts and invoices in the system.
. Process petty cash and maintain records.
. Liase with the Accountant or finance team for documentation and queries.
3. Customer Service
. Handle clients queries calmly and escalete issues when needed.
. Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area.
. Ensure confidentiality of client and company information.
