We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our client’s beauty clinic. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth daily coordination of client appointments and clinic activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and bookings
- Answer calls, messages, and respond to client inquiries
- Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and maintain records
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Coordinate with aesthetician and clinic staff for smooth service delivery
- Promote clinic services, packages, and products to clients
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction at all times
- Diploma or Certificate in Front Office Management, Customer Service or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (beauty clinic, spa, salon, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Swahili)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, booking/scheduling systems)
- Professional appearance, good grooming, and confident personality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
