Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
* Source qualified candidates using multiple channels — job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.
* Conduct candidate interviews and assessments in line with client requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records on applicant tracking systems.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide hiring solutions.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and HR best practices.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (mandatory).
* *Proven experience working in a recruitment company* or staffing agency.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
