• Salary: 60,000 KES Gross (increasing to 65,000 KES Gross after probation)
• Commission: 17,500–35,000 KES Gross per placement
• On Target Earnings: 130,000+ KES Gross per month with commission
• Promotional target available after probation
About the Role
We are seeking ambitious 180 Recruitment Consultants to join our global recruitment agency and focus on the Australian market. This role is ideal for recruiters with experience sourcing white collar professionals such as engineers, finance specialists, healthcare staff, and corporate services talent.
You will be responsible for candidate generation and delivery, working closely with international consultants to support placements.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for white collar roles across multiple industries.
• Manage candidate pipelines and build long-term professional relationships.
• Conduct interviews, prepare candidate shortlists, and support the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with consultants across Australia and the UK.
Essential Experience
• 6+ months of recent agency recruitment experience.
• International recruitment experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of white collar roles (engineering, healthcare, finance, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, resilient, and ambitious.
