• 10:30 AM – 19:30 PM
• Salary: 50,000 KES Gross (increasing to 55,000 KES Gross after probation)
• Commission: 17,500–35,000 KES Gross per placement
• On Target Earnings: 130,000+ KES Gross per month with commission
• Promotional target available after probation
About the Role
We are hiring 180 Recruitment Consultants to support a leading UK construction recruitment agency. This role focuses on candidate sourcing and delivery for construction-related roles across the UK, from skilled trades to technical and management positions.
You will work closely with senior consultants and account managers to build strong pipelines and help deliver top talent to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and register candidates for UK construction roles.
• Manage job adverts, applications, and candidate pipelines.
• Conduct candidate qualification calls and maintain CRM records.
• Build relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement.
• Deliver consistently on weekly and monthly candidate KPIs.
Essential Experience
• 6+ months of recent agency recruitment experience.
• International recruitment experience is essential.
• Background in construction or high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Driven, target-focused, and a team player
