We operate In Sub-Saharan Africa with operational hubs in NG and KE & serving Hospitality, Healthcare, Events & Stadia, Telcos & ISPs, Corporates, Construction & Learning Institutions industry verticals
Purpose of the Position:
▪ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects in the ELV sector and subsequent sales generation.
▪ Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
▪ Collaborate with the Pre-sales and management team to create tailored solutions for clients.
▪ Prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.
▪ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities in the respective markets
▪ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Walk with the client from selling to installation, handover and thereafter close the SLA 2nd year contract
▪ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client proposals and timely delivery of shipping equipment/hardware and services.
▪ Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Bakyson services
▪ Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
▪ Monthly sales revenue generated
▪ Number of new clients acquired
▪ Percentage of projects completed within budget and timeline
▪ Rate of repeat business from existing clients
Qualifications Essential:
▪ Bachelor’s Degree
Qualification Preferred:
▪ MBA advantageous
Experience
A minimum of 6 years experience in a similar position with experience in selling
▪ Telephony i.e. VoIP PBXs
▪ IPTV, Digital Signage, CCTV, Access Control
▪ Infrastructure / networks i.e. cable, switches, firewalls, HSIA
▪ BMS, GRMS & Home Automation Solutions
▪ Fire & Evac Solutions
*Experience in selling above in the hospitality industry is a plus.
