Role Summary:
Our client is a leading financial institution in the banking sector in Kenya. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for a specific geographic region. This includes setting and managing sales goals, developing and managing a sales team, and building and maintaining relationships with customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for a specific geographic region
- Set and manage sales goals
- Develop and manage a sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Track and analyze sales data
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
