DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales of Samsung smartphones, accessories, and other related products to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Implement and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase store revenue and market share.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
Customer Experience
- Deliver a premium in-store experience aligned with Samsung’s brand standards.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow-ups.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to deliver high performance and meet targets.
- Conduct regular product training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor team productivity and maintain a positive, high-energy store culture.
Operational Management
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation according to Samsung brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, place replenishment orders, and coordinate with suppliers
- and the warehouse to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to management.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and data protection standards.
- Uphold safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the store.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile retail sales or consumer electronics
- Strong knowledge of Samsung’s product range, mobile technology, and accessories
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and POS systems
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
