Overall Job Purpose
Administration support to the sales team. Ensure customer details are captured on ZOHO and the sales process is completed in the shortest time.
Department: Sales & Marketing Department
Reports to: Sales Coordinator
Direct reports: None
Key Responsibilities
• Create estimates, sales orders
• Create and follow tasks for daily work completed
• Track projects that are ongoing
• Perform administrative and clerical work for the sales team
• Communicate with clients & sales staff
Academic Qualifications
• Diploma in environmental sciences; garden parks, landscape & architecture, or any related field
Professional Qualifications
• Course on Landscaping
• Diploma in administration
Other requirements (unique/job specific)
• Product knowledge and technical know-how
• Three years of experience in related work
• Writing proposals
