Sales Agent

Location: Kitale town

Department: Operations and Credit department

Reports To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Roles:

• Identify and acquire new clients in target markets.

• Inform clients about product offerings, terminologies, and advantages.

• Aid clients in application processes and paperwork.

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.

• Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Ensure compliance and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in sales (experience in microfinance or financial services preferred) for at least one (1) year.

• Lives around Kitale town or its environment.

• Extensive understanding of the local community and marketplaces.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Highly motivated, resilient, and focused on achieving targets.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing or other relevant business-related field

• Current Certificate of good conduct current on in the process of acquisition.

• Be of age – 24 years and above.
