Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to lead and support our field sales operations in Kakuma, Turkana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and supervising a team of Sales Representatives, driving product awareness, and implementing sales strategies across the region. The role demands frequent travel across different areas and direct engagement with the target audience to educate and promote our products.

Job Description/Requirements
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives.
- Drive product awareness and aggressively push product uptake across the region.
- Travel extensively to different areas within and around Kakuma to support sales efforts.
- Educate the target audience on product features and benefits.
- Plan, develop, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor performance, provide field support, and report on sales activities and achievements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Industry experience in insurance, banking & FMCG
- Licensed motorbike riders with practical riding experience are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas.
