- Identify and analyze market trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Attend networking events, property expos, and industry conferences to expand the company's market reach.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Marketing & Branding:

- Utilize digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and real estate listing websites, to generate leads.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand local real estate trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and legal, to ensure smooth transactions.
