Boma Bora Properties is a fast growing Real Estate firm and seeks to hire experienced, self-driven and results oriented candidates to fill in the role of Sales & Marketing Executive. The desired persons will be reporting to the Sales & Marketing Team Leader.

Key responsibilities.
•    Prospecting & closing in on project sales
•    Accompanying clients for site visits and inspections
•    Be the official representative of the company and ensure excellent customer service is given
•    Be part of implementing the sales strategy laid in place
•    Follow up on leads assigned to you by your supervisor
•    Maintain a clear database that displays all lead contacts and status of prospects and clients, showing the conversion rate of all leads in a particular project.
•    Keep up to date with current real estate market trends by undertaking market intelligence and advising the company
•    Generate individual leads to expand the customer base.
•    Ensure all clients sign their offer letters & sales agreement on time and Deposits are paid on time.
•    Ensure monthly sales targets are met without fail
•    Ensure individual clients are up to date with their payments as per the terms of the agreement.

Qualifications
•    Certificate/ Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing or any relevant field
•    At least 2-3 years’ experience in Real Estate, banking or insurance
•    Motivation for sales and meet sales goals
•    Confident and with good negotiation skills
•    Skilled in selling to customer needs
•    Deal closing skills
•    Good communication skills
•    Flair in marketing
•    Great interpersonal skills
•    Preferred age is 25 years and above
