Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Jajaba Security, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our comprehensive security solutions to businesses and individuals in Nairobi. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, and maintaining existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for security solutions, including CCTV systems, access control, alarms, and other security products and services.
2. Lead Generation: Generate leads through market research, networking, and other methods to identify potential clients who require security solutions.
3. Client Acquisition: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, engage with them, and convert leads into customers.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest security products and services and be able to explain their benefits and features to clients.
5. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
7. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing strategies, to increase brand awareness and generate inbound leads.
8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales and marketing reports to measure the effectiveness of strategies and adjust as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in selling security solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Knowledge of security products and services is a significant advantage.
• Must be fluent in English and Swahili.
