Job Description/Requirements

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Lead to actively bring in new clients to Hostnali. This role is purely commission-based and rewards results: the more clients you bring in, the more you earn. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-driven, and skilled in finding new sales opportunities through both online and offline channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Actively source and close new client accounts for Hostnali’s web hosting and related services.

Develop and execute creative strategies to attract and convert potential customers.

Promote Hostnali’s services through social media, email, referrals, partnerships, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and track all sales activities.

Educate potential clients on Hostnali’s hosting solutions and guide them through the signup process.

Provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings.

Meet and exceed agreed sales targets.


Compensation:

100% Commission-Based Payment.

You will earn a commission for every successful client signup. The more clients you bring in, the more you earn—there is no income cap.

Commission rates and potential bonuses will be discussed during the interview.


Required Qualifications:

Proven ability to generate sales leads and close deals.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage your own time.

Comfortable with social media marketing, direct selling, and client follow-ups.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in selling web hosting, SaaS, or IT solutions.

Familiarity with basic digital marketing and CRM tools.
