Job Description/Requirements
Conduct door-to-door visits to promote Techlion Technologies' products and services.
Generate leads and follow up on potential clients to close sales.
Educate prospective clients on our software solutions including POS, school systems, ERP, websites, and custom applications.
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with the internal team for client onboarding and support.
Meet or exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Proven experience in field sales or marketing is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic understanding of technology and software products (training will be provided).
Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
Must be physically fit and willing to walk or travel as needed.
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
