Job Description/Requirements
- To achieve the minimum sales and marketing activity on a daily/monthly basis as set out on your goal
- Report weekly and monthly sales activity to the immediate supervisor
- To actively source new clients or other products of the organization as per required targets set.
- To participate in company ’s promotional activities
- Use all marketing material provided to optimize a positive awareness of the company and the benefits it offers prospective customers.
- Identify and visit business houses, and any other marketable areas to familiarize them with the product and services offered by the bank.
Education
- Certificate/Diploma in Sales/Marketing
Professional
- Computer certificate will be an added advantage
Experience
- 2years in Sales or Marketing position
Personal attributes
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Proven sobriety and integrity
- Aggressive and should be results oriented.
- Team player and good communication skills
- Initiative, commitment to personal growth
