Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Generate, review and process invoices accurately and timely.
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and handling inquiries.
Update and maintain customer databases and sales records.
Prepare Sales documentation for management review.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
Support day to day administrative tasks in the sales department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in invoicing and sales support roles
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office (excel, word) and basic CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision.
