Job Description/Requirements

Job Role

To lead and execute growth strategies across two core product lines—auto parts and water & irrigation solutions—by driving B2B and B2C sales, expanding market reach, deepening customer relationships, and enabling sales performance through structured, data-driven approaches. 

 

Compensation will be competitive and is open to negotiation based on experience and fit. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Sales Strategy & Market Development

Identify and target high-potential sectors such as transport companies, construction firms, farmers, and institutional clients.
Design and implement segmented go-to-market strategies for auto parts and irrigation product lines.

Map market demand, product cycles, and sales potential across regions.

Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategy based on data insights. 



2.Client Acquisition & Account Management

Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads through structured outreach.

Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems for follow-up and engagement.

Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to strengthen relationships.

Build long-term B2B partnerships with a focus on repeat sales and referrals. 



3. Retail & Walk-In Sales Growth

Create and execute in-store promotions, product displays, and signage strategies.

Increase foot traffic through WhatsApp broadcasts, SMS alerts, and referral campaigns.

Build loyalty among walk-in customers including mechanics, garage operators, and small-scale plumbers.

Train counter staff to optimize upselling and client engagement techniques.



4. Wholesale & Reseller Channel Expansion

Identify and recruit resellers such as hardware shops, agro-dealers, and regional agents.

Develop tailored packages including credit terms, pricing structures, and support materials.

Manage relationships with wholesale customers to ensure consistency in supply and service.

Explore opportunities for co-branding, shelf visibility, and last-mile delivery partnerships.



5. Market Intelligence & Pricing Strategy

Track pricing of key spare parts and irrigation products across competitors.

Analyze trends in product movement and customer preferences.

Recommend bundling, discounting, and loyalty incentives to improve margin and volume.

Advise on stock planning based on seasonal trends and high-demand items.



6. Sales Operations & Reporting

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Support the creation of sales proposals, product presentations, and promotional content.

Coordinate internal meetings to review sales progress and market challenges.

Provide insights to inform inventory decisions and strategic planning.
