Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential donors and sponsors
• Use email, voice, or video to pitch and close partnerships
• Build your own outreach strategy (cold, warm, creative—we trust your instinct)
• Track performance transparently (we’ll give you structure)
• Work with our bookkeeper for clean commission logging
Compensation Structure
First 30 Days (Trial Phase)
We are a purpose-driven startup with limited budget—but unlimited ambition.
We can’t afford to fund roles that don’t drive results yet, but we do reward those who rise.
• You will receive 30% commission on all donations you secure during this period
• If you generate at least $1,000 in donations within 30 days ?
? You’ll be officially onboarded at $1,000/month base pay
After Trial (Proven Performance)
• If your efforts generate $1,300 or more in donations in the following 30 days ?
? Your base pay will be upgraded to $1,300/month
You’ll still earn commission, and your success will unlock leadership opportunities as we grow.
