Responsibilities
Actively promote products and services with the target customer base.
Establish and implement a dynamic sales plan for current plus 2 years.
Instigate proactive sales campaigns to develop a strong sales pipeline
Consult with the line manager and constantly review customer base
Support company initiatives and champion development of other team members
Lead sales strategy to grow revenue within network infrastructure and hardware.
Target major customers within the commercial and enterprise space on all our Product offerings.
Identify and take advantage of large sales opportunities within key territories. Prospect and close long-cycle sales leads within target markets and establish sales relationships.
Making effective Customer Engagement meeting with clients in target market areas.
Taking ownership on collecting the necessary documents from the customer to open a new Customer, SLA explained and duly Signed & Stamped, Security deposits are collected
Explaining our SLA terms & Escalation matrix to new customers and following up on customer’s issues with service delivery teams and ensuring customers are satisfied.
Ensuring proper Invoicing as per SLA, following up on outstanding Payments and getting cleared for smooth service delivery operations for first 3 consecutive billings and handing over to respective CRS, SLA Vs Actual performance analysis report to be submitted while handing over.
Taking ownership and accountability for the RFP/RFQ, tenders and pre- qualifications from the allocated customers.
Daily reports to be updated on assigned accounts to the respective Line Manager
Ensure timely (weekly/ Monthly) reporting and updating to the Department Head along the assigned formats.
