Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
* Prepare and manage quotations, sales reports, and client correspondence.
* Maintain up-to-date sales and customer databases.
* Assist in order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups with clients.
* Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Support sales representatives in achieving their targets by ensuring efficient back-end operations.
* Provide product and pricing information as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Biochemistry or a related scientific field.
* A Sales Certificate will be an added advantage.
* Good understanding of *sales principles, customer service, and chemical products.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
