We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Sales Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both the efficient delivery of products along a designated route and actively promoting and selling our goods to customers.

Job Description/Requirements
- Safely and efficiently operate a company vehicle (van/lorry) to perform daily deliveries to an established customer base .
- Actively promote and sell products to new and existing customers, introduce new items, and arrange merchandise displays to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, address their inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels in the vehicle, conduct daily stock reconciliations, and handle cash and non-cash payments accurately, issuing receipts as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, delivery information, and customer interactions using a digital sales system or handheld device, and submit daily reports.
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all safety regulations, reporting any faults for maintenance or repair promptly.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar van sales, route sales, or delivery role, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record .
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certificate in Sales & Marketing or a related business field is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital sales or inventory management systems and GPS navigation
