Job Description/Requirements


Key Responsibilities:




Sales & Lead Generation



  • Drive product/service sales through both direct outreach and social media campaigns.
  • Identify and engage potential customers online and convert leads into actual sales.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.




Content Creation & Editing



  • Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (videos, graphics, photos, captions) tailored to different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Edit and repurpose content using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content.




Social Media Management



  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s social media accounts.
  • Develop and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.




Collaboration & Strategy



  • Collaborate with the sales team to align social media efforts with sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with trends in social media, content marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Propose and implement creative campaigns to expand brand reach and customer base.






Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in sales and social media marketing (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and content strategies.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for creativity.






Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok).
  • Photography or videography skills are a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of SEO and email marketing is a plus.
