Job Description/Requirements
- Customer Engagement & Sales: Actively assist customers, provide product recommendations, and close sales.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately operate the cash register (POS system) and handle various payment methods.
- Merchandising & Stocking: Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing, including rotating products.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor, storage areas, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Compliance & Age Verification: Strictly enforce legal drinking age requirements by checking IDs and refusing sales to intoxicated individuals.
- Inventory Support: Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and helping with inventory counts.
