We are a fast-growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality construction materials, with a particular focus on channels and studs used in modern building systems. Our mission is to provide durable, reliable, and competitively priced products that meet the evolving needs of contractors, developers, and hardware distributors across Kenya.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction and hardware sectors.
  • Visit and build relationships with hardware retailers, contractors, developers, and site engineers.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of our channels, studs, and related products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, product demonstrations, and quotations.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and account management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and construction industry developments.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and market feedback.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the construction or hardware industry.
  • Solid understanding of construction products and building materials (channels, studs, steel framing, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to closing deals.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A valid driving license or willingness to travel within Nairobi and its environs is an added advantage.


Compensation Package:

  • Base Retainer: KES 20,000 per month
  • Commission: Competitive structure based on performance – top performers can earn KES 100,000+ per cycle
  • Allowances: Transport and airtime provided to support field operations
