Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, expanding market presence, and managing client relationships for the company’s construction net and wire mesh products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the hardware or construction materials sector, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in the construction, hardware, and industrial markets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Prepare sales quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient order management.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company’s products.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in hardware line products, construction materials, or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven experience dealing with construction firms, contractors, hardware outlets, or distributors.
• Computer literate – proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems.
• Valid driving license – driving is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and explore new markets.
