Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for the company’s diaper products across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in FMCG, garments, or textile sales, with strong business development skills and the ability to build and maintain profitable customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market reach.
• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, supermarkets, pharmacies, and institutions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and consistent sales.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, pricing, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations to clients.
• Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
• Manage and monitor sales performance, prepare periodic sales reports, and provide market insights.
• Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
• Participate in trade promotions, exhibitions, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, garments, textiles, or a related manufacturing environment (experience in diaper or hygiene products sales is a strong advantage).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics in retail and wholesale sectors.
• Computer literate – proficient in MS Office and basic ERP systems.
• Valid driving license – driving is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
